Here are the pictures from our turkey fry on Thanksgiving. This was my first-ever attempt at flash frying a turkey. So I had to assemble the cooking aparatus and everything. Here we go...
the descent of the bird...I'm a little scared of how much oil is going to splatter...I've got heavy duty work gloves on
The bird begins to sizzle.
It took 35 minutes to cook this 10 lb. bird. He is bronzed and ready to eat.
Presentation is crucial. Nice platter.
