recording day 4

Sunday afternoon was mostly given to bgvs (back ground vocals).

And now the marathon is over. I was exhausted yesterday. According to my calculations, we logged close to 50 hours of recording over 4 days [not to mention all the regular Sunday morning church duties]. The CD is going to turn out to be very nice and will be available sometime around the beginning of December. My personal favorites so far are: Nothing But the Blood [with some tasty lead electric from Kent], Labor of Love [probably the best vocal performance on the CD from Sarah], and Shout to the North [with some neat group vocals and organ]. When we get some of the rough mixes done, I'll post them here.
