guitar day pics
Today was guitar day, because all I recorded were electric guitar parts. It was fun experimenting with different amps, sounds, fx, guitars.
Here you see (from L to R) the vintage twin reverb (used on Only You & Everlasting God), the Mesa Boogie (used on Your Grace Is Enough & Everlasting God), and the Blues Jr. (used on Fuel). I've also got some video of me doing some recording, but I'll have to post that later, as it is on my work computer. The CD is sounding even better with all the electric parts adding up. Your Grace Is Enough is working it's way up into my list of favorite tracks due to this Weezer-esque solo I played on it (the good years, blue album & pinkerton). Next weekend I'll be traveling down to W-town to finish up electric guitar on How Great Thou Art, redo the piano on Labor of Love, and finish some bgvs.
